1. Open the bag at the notch/tear edge by cutting or tearing the bag.
2. Pour the powder completely into the bowl/stone. Any residue left in the bag may swell.
3. Fill the pouch to the top with hand-washable tap water (approx. 43 - 46 degrees Celsius).
4. Pour the water into the bowl/stone. The water will be absorbed within 30 seconds. Start massaging after about 5-7 minutes and massage continuously for the first 30 minutes to control the heat.
5. After the massage, remove the activator from the bowl
The powder consists of a patented, unique combination of iron, magnesium and salt. It shimmers silver and when water is added, it forms a solid, spongy mass that sits firmly in the shell. It does NOT fall out of the opening of the cowrie shell, even when turned over.
This LavaShell® activator has a medium heat level and is perfect for back massages.
