Your purchase may not meet your expectations. Or you may want to return a product for some other reason. At the TouchPro Europe Shop, we offer you the opportunity to return your purchase and are happy to assist you in making this process run smoothly for all parties.<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h5>\n

If you wish to cancel your purchase after receiving your order, you may always use your right of withdrawal. This gives you after<\/strong> receipt of your order legally 14 working days to cancel the purchase without giving any reason. If you wish to exercise this right, please send an e-mail to bestellingen@touchpro-europe.com<\/a> stating \"Returns\" and your order\/invoice number. We will process your request within 24 hours and contact you personally about the further processing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Return<\/h5>\n

In addition to your right of withdrawal, we offer you the option of returning your order to us within 30 days of purchase. Sometimes you just need a little more time to make a good decision on whether to keep your purchase. In that case, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  2. Please use the\u00a0return form<\/a>. Fill in the form completely with the required information, including your name, address, order number, etc. After you have completed the form, send it along in the mail to\u00a0bestellingen@touchpro-europe.com<\/a>. This way we can process your return quickly and efficiently<\/li>\n
  3. We will process your return request within 24 hours. If you have any questions, we will contact you by phone so that the return process can be started as soon as possible.<\/li>\n
  4. Follow the instructions in the mail and return your order, or part of it.<\/li>\n
  5. After receiving your return with us, we will process it further within 14 days. If you are entitled to a refund for your order, the money will be returned in the same way as we received it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
