So if there is something wrong, please contact us and together we will see what we can do for you. Our starting point is the warranty conditions of our suppliers, which you can find here.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">For all products, the warranty:<\/p><ul class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Counts for first-time buyer with presentation of original purchase invoice.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Effective from date of purchase.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Valid only with proper use and maintenance.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Shipping costs for the purpose of repair and\/or replacement shall be at the customer's expense.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" \/><strong>Earthlite<\/strong>, <strong>Inner Strength<\/strong> and <strong>Stronglite<\/strong> products have the following warranty:<\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Retrieved from\u00a0<span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">portable massage tables and chairs<\/span>\u00a0you get:<\/p><ul class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Lifetime limited warranty with regular use and for the original owner only. Earthlite determines whether to replace or repair the product based on the damage.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">3 years on foam, vinyl and headrests, provided the damage was not caused by misuse, accidents or neglect, including cracks in the upholstery and damage caused by aggressive chemical cleaners.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">5 years on the frame after discontinuation or modification of the relevant product<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">1 year on accessories such as pillow, bolsters, linnens or carrying case.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Retrieved from\u00a0<strong><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">electric<\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">\u00a0tables<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0you get:<\/p><ul class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">lifetime limited warranty with regular use and only for the original owner. Foam, upholstery and face-cradle platforms have a warranty of three (3) years from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or neglect, including cracks in upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical cleaning agents. Warranty claims must provide proof of original purchase to obtain an Earthlite Return Material Authorisation (RMA). This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product, at Earthlite's sole discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) to the factory (at the customer's expense) for any warranty claim. Earthlite will return the warranted product, prepaid, to US customers only.
