The mat is filled with coconut fibre bound with natural rubber latex, providing a stable and supportive base. The acupressure cushion is filled with buckwheat hulls, which adapt optimally to the shape of neck and head. The white ABS spikes are carefully placed to apply targeted pressure to acupressure points.
