Return policy
General
Your purchase may not meet your expectations. Or you may want to return a product for some other reason. At the TouchPro Europe Shop, we offer you the opportunity to return your purchase and are happy to assist you in making this process run smoothly for all parties.
Right of withdrawal
If you wish to cancel your purchase after receiving your order, you may always use your right of withdrawal. This gives you after receipt of your order legally 14 working days to cancel the purchase without giving any reason. If you wish to exercise this right, please send an e-mail to bestellingen@touchpro-europe.com stating "Returns" and your order/invoice number. We will process your request within 24 hours and contact you personally about the further processing.
Return
In addition to your right of withdrawal, we offer you the option of returning your order to us within 30 days of purchase. Sometimes you just need a little more time to make a good decision on whether to keep your purchase. In that case, follow these steps:
- Submit your return request via bestellingen@touchpro-europe.com please mention "return" and your order/invoice number.
- Please use the return form. Fill in the form completely with the required information, including your name, address, order number, etc. After you have completed the form, send it along in the mail to bestellingen@touchpro-europe.com. This way we can process your return quickly and efficiently
- We will process your return request within 24 hours. If you have any questions, we will contact you by phone so that the return process can be started as soon as possible.
- Follow the instructions in the mail and return your order, or part of it.
- After receiving your return with us, we will process it further within 14 days. If you are entitled to a refund for your order, the money will be returned in the same way as we received it.
PLEASE NOTE: If it has been more than 30 days since you purchased your product, we will no longer process your return request.
Conditions
To return your order within 30 days of purchase, we impose some conditions, viz:
- You are the first owner of the product and can prove this with proof of purchase.
- The product is undamaged.
- Preferably return in the original packaging.
- Your return is accompanied by a fully completed return form.
- Sheets and linen, which have been used, are excluded from the possibility of return.
- Return costs are the customer's responsibility and will not be included in any refund.

We always recommend taking photos of your product and return package prior to shipping. Should the package incur damage during shipment, you will always have something to fall back on should you need to prove that the package left you undamaged.
Refund
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. All products will then be carefully checked. We will notify you within 10 working days whether your refund or part of it will be approved. Should this not be the case, we will inform you of this in writing, giving reasons.
When the refund is granted, we will send you a credit invoice for the returned product. We also always check how the refund should be made to ensure that the return amount is transferred to the correct account.
