Article 2 | What data do we use?
Here you will find an overview of the data, which we process, why we need it, on which legal basis and how long we will keep it. We process your name, e-mail address, address data and bank details, which are necessary to provide our services optimally on the basis of the agreement. Without this data, we cannot properly fulfil the agreement. For example, we cannot ship a product if we do not have the data. We keep these data for 7 years (the statutory retention period of the tax authorities).
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our service, we will process your name, email and the content of this complaint in order to reach the best possible solution for you. We will use this data for the best possible execution of the agreement. We will keep the data, until this complaint is settled.
To enable and optimise our website, we use analytics services. We have a commercial interest (legitimate interest) in using your browsing behaviour on our website and related data to analyse and, where necessary, improve our service (see article 6). We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and are bound by Google's retention periods.
When you fill in the contact form on our website, we process, with your explicit consent, your name, e-mail, phone number and any other data you wish to enter on the form. We keep data from completed contact forms until your query has been dealt with and settled.

Article 4 | What rights do you have in relation to this data?
The General Data Protection Regulation has given you a number of rights regarding the personal data, which you have allowed us to process.
- Inspection - You can request to see your data with us at any time. However, to verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm your identity using the app KopieID.
- Amendment - You may submit a request if you wish to have your data amended, corrected, supplemented, blocked or deleted on the basis of inspection.
- Objection - You can object to the processing of your data on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of TouchPro Europe B.V. In this case, we will immediately stop the data processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is declared well-founded, we will transfer the data collected by us about you to you and hereafter stop the processing permanently.
- Data transfer - Should you wish to transfer your data to another provider, TouchPro Europe will provide your data in a structured and common form that can be accessed by common digital systems.
- Automated processing - You may always let us know your views on an automated decision made by TouchPro Europe and have it reviewed by a third person.
- Withdrawal - Where we have processed data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This may well affect the services we are able to provide to you.
To exercise your rights, please send a request to info@touchpro-europe.com. We will assess your request as soon as possible. If we cannot fulfil your request, we will let you know why we reject your request.
Article 5 | Who receive your data?
TouchPro Europe will not provide your data to third parties, unless this is necessary for optimal business operations or required from a legal obligation. We will not resell your data. However, to provide a good service, we cooperate with a number of companies. Here you can find which companies these are.
- WordPress and WooCommerce: Our webshop is developed with WordPress and WooCommerce software. Personal data, which you make available to us for the purpose of our services, is shared with these parties. WordPress and WooCommerce have access to your data to provide us with (technical) support. They will never use your data for any other purpose. WooCommerce is obliged, based on the agreement we have with them, to take appropriate security measures. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.
- Strato: We purchase web hosting services from Strato. Strato processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata on the use of the services. These are not personal data. Strato has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Strato is bound to secrecy under this agreement.
- Microsoft Office 365: for our business mail, we use Microsoft office 365. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Microsoft Office 365 has no access to our mailbox and we handle all our email traffic confidentially and in-house.
- Mollie: To handle payments in our webshop, we use Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, as part of this, share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie's services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory time limits.
- Klarna: To be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may provide your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna at checkout so that Klarna can assess your eligibility for their payment methods and tailor these payment methods for you. The processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with the privacy statement of Klarna.
- In3: In order to offer you In3's payment methods, we may provide In3 with your personal data in the form of contact and order details at checkout, so that In3 can assess your eligibility for their payment methods and tailor these payment methods for you. The processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with the privacy statement of In3
- WebwinkelKeur: to collect reviews, we use WebwinkelKeur's platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. - DPD: If you place an order with us, it is our job to get your order delivered to you. We use the services of DPD, among others, to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence details with DPD. DPD only uses these data for the purpose of executing the agreement. If DPD engages subcontractors, DPD will also make your data available to these parties.
- DHL: If you place an order with us, our job is to get your order delivered to you. We use the services of DHL, among others, to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence data with DHL. DHL only uses this data for the purpose of executing the contract. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL will also make your data available to these parties.
- Earthlite/LEC/Continuum: Some of our products are supplied by our supplier. For orders of these products it is necessary, that we share your name, address and place of residence data with Earthlite/LEC/Continuum. They use this data for the purpose of executing the contract and with this your purchased products of these brands are also linked to the warranty conditions.
- Quickstart: To keep our records and accounts, we use the services of Snelstart. We share your name, address and residence details and details relating to your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data are transmitted and stored in a protected way. Snelstart is bound to secrecy, will keep your data confidential and will not use your personal data for other purposes than those described above.
