Ready to use in a few steps

1. Set the desired temperature (45 to 60 degrees Celsius)
2. Place the massage bars on the holder
3. After three minutes, the bars are ready for use
4. Complete heating of the entire stone after about 10 minutes
5. After the massage, switch off and clean the massage stick

Duration of heat - important The massage bars have four different heat levels from warm to hot, suitable for any massage. When on the lowest setting, the massage bar stays hot for up to three hours, provided it is not switched off in between. On the highest setting, it stays hot for up to 1.5 hours, provided it is not switched off in between. If the massage bar is frequently switched on and off, the warm-up time may be shortened and it needs to be recharged faster. Keep this in mind during your massage applications.

Cleaning - important note Clean the rods only with a dry, soft cloth and add a minimal amount of detergent to remove oil. Do not use alcohol or chemicals. If water or oil penetrates the rod through improper use, it may cause malfunctions and void the warranty. Even small amounts of liquid can cause electrical faults in the rod, so only use a soft dry cloth with a little detergent. Each rod has undergone a strict quality and functionality check during production and is also retested for functionality before shipment.

Important note During the manufacturing process, slight scratches may appear on the Bian stone. White lines (natural characteristic of Bian stone) are also often visible. This does not affect the quality of the product or the massage. More scratches may be added while working with the stones, for example by placing the stones on a hard surface.
