Warranty conditions

We stand by the quality of the materials we supply and our service certainly doesn't stop after your purchase. So if there is something wrong, please contact us and together we will see what we can do for you. Our starting point is the warranty conditions of our suppliers, which you can find here. 

For all products, the warranty:

  • Counts for first-time buyer with presentation of original purchase invoice.

  • Effective from date of purchase.

  • Valid only with proper use and maintenance.

  • Shipping costs for the purpose of repair and/or replacement shall be at the customer's expense.


Earthlite, Inner Strength and Stronglite products have the following warranty:

Retrieved from portable massage tables and chairs you get:

  • Lifetime limited warranty with regular use and for the original owner only. Earthlite determines whether to replace or repair the product based on the damage.

  • 3 years on foam, vinyl and headrests, provided the damage was not caused by misuse, accidents or neglect, including cracks in the upholstery and damage caused by aggressive chemical cleaners.

  • 5 years on the frame after discontinuation or modification of the relevant product

  • 1 year on accessories such as pillow, bolsters, linnens or carrying case.

Retrieved from electric tables you get:

  • lifetime limited warranty with regular use and only for the original owner. Earthlite determines whether to replace or repair the product based on the damage.

  • 5-year warranty on the frame after discontinuing or modifying the product in question.

  • 2-year warranty on motor and controls.

  • 3-year warranty on foam and vinyl.

  • 1-year warranty on accessories.

In short, it boils down to the following:

Earthlite warranty on portable tables, chairs and headrest platforms
Earthlite warrants our portable tables and chairs, excluding foam and upholstery, against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the product, or for five (5) years after the product is discontinued or modified. Foam, upholstery and face-cradle platforms have a warranty of three (3) years from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or neglect, including cracks in upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical cleaning agents. Warranty claims must provide proof of original purchase to obtain an Earthlite Return Material Authorisation (RMA). This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product, at Earthlite's sole discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) to the factory (at the customer's expense) for any warranty claim. Earthlite will return the warranted product, prepaid, to US customers only. International customers and domestic customers outside the continental US are responsible for all shipping costs (inbound and outbound), as well as all applicable duties and taxes.

Orders can be placed as usual, but will be shipped from 23 June due to absence.
